The Company You’ll Join

Our clients are ambitious, high-impact CEOs, founders, and execs. They have started 100+ companies, raised billions in venture capital, taken companies public, worked in the White House, invested in Facebook/Uber/ Airbnb, run professional sports teams, served as Governors of US states, and competed in Ironman races.

They’ve joined Athena in search of leverage, impact, success, and time via their relationship with their top 1% Philippines-based Executive Assistant. They are world-class humans who want to become world-class at delegation.

Athena is at a crucial inflection point. With a small and mighty growth team of 3, we’ve scaled revenue ~10x in the past 20 months (from ~$3M to ~$30MM in ARR) despite prioritizing quality over growth. We are on track to continue this growth by scaling to $80MM in ARR by the end of this year.

A big part of the growth has come from collaborations with thought leaders — where a single campaign has generated >$10M in ARR. This role will be responsible for scaling our thought leadership partnership program and to be the primary contact with major influencers.

Role Overview

Imagine you’re a business owner, founder, or an executive. Who can you trust when the internet is full of AI-generated blog posts, self-proclaimed gurus, and clickbait articles?

It’s why business decisions today are influenced by content - but not from newspapers or boring white papers, but in the form of tweets, linkedin posts, newsletters, youtube videos, podcast, and more.

Influential content is created directly from other industry-experts and thought leaders. Many of these leaders are Athena clients, they’ve walked the walk. They are real operators who can help other leaders learn what’s around the corner - and, ultimately become a better operator.

This role will be responsible for identifying them, closing them as partners, and then activating them on a consistent basis. For example, this may mean helping partners with creating the first draft so they can promote Athena on social media. Or helping them get interviews on major Podcasts. Or even helping them land speaking gigs at IRL events.

Ultimately — you’ll create custom partnership opportunities and execute it with our partners from start-to-finish. If successful, our vision is to build an in-house PR team focused not on Athena, but rather at our clients — and you would be the one building it.
